Home gym, commercial/globo gym, CrossFit Gym, etc. and if not already obvious, what kind of equipment do you have access to?
i.e. 1RM squat, deadlift, clean, snatch, bench (Whatever you want to share—if anything—to give me an idea of where your strength is at)
This question is important because, you’ll find, this experience is much more than nutrition coaching. There’s weeks that will be hard and it becomes more of a “mental health” check in than a “nutrition check in”—and, on those weeks, I want to make sure I’m respecting boundaries ☺
i.e. History with a certain diet/workout plan that did or didn’t work, pregnant or breastfeeding, etc.
